Mixed Berry Cloud Cups — A Summer Treat with Polish‑Filipino Soul

Mixed Berry Cloud Cups — A Summer Treat with Polish‑Filipino Soul

Some desserts don’t need an origin story — they just need a smile. Our Mixed Berry Cloud Cups are exactly that: a light, creamy, elder‑friendly treat that feels like a summer afternoon in a glass.

This recipe blends the comfort of Polish dairy traditions with the bright, fruity joy found across Filipino merienda culture. It’s quick, colorful, and perfect for family gatherings, senior‑center socials, or your own quiet moment of sweetness.

What makes this dessert “Pierogi & Pancit”?

  • Polish influence: Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and the creamy tang reminiscent of classic Polish desserts.

  • Filipino influence: The fruit-forward freshness, the merienda-style layering, and the joyful color palette.

  • Your signature: Accessible steps, bold flavor, and a presentation that looks beautiful on Pinterest — logo bottom-right, of course.

Serve these chilled, topped with graham crumbs, and watch them disappear faster than a plate of pierogi at a holiday table.
