Hello and welcome. I’m Alfred, founder of Pierogi & Pancit Media—a creative platform dedicated to honoring cultural heritage, empowering families, and crafting visuals that connect across generations.

This project began with a simple question: How do we preserve what matters most? The answer, for me, has always been through art, food, and memory.

Here at Pierogi & Pancit, we blend Polish and Filipino traditions into illustrated maps, branded recipe cards, tribute graphics, and outreach materials that are elder-friendly, emotionally resonant, and visually rich.
